YOMahh - Yoga, Massage and Meditation

Quiet time for you...restorative yoga, stretching, massage, meditation, mindfulness, deep breathing, relaxation just for you.

About this Event

In YOmahh, we will lead you on a journey of total relaxation. You will be guided through a combination of receiving massage, stretching, guided meditation and breathing exercises. You will receive assistance in holding gentle, restorative yoga poses. As you hold each pose, you will receive a massage on a different area of the body, and we will guide you through deep breathing and meditation. As we change poses, you will be guided to do some stretching.

All these modalities are amazing separately but combining them in one class provides a unique healing and relaxation. During this class you will activate the parasympathetic nervous system which creates an environment for your body to relax in a new and different way. It’s so amazing and like no other experience. You’ll be hooked to come back regularly because as you continue this practice you will notice a powerful shift in your level of stress.

  • Release more muscle tension than regular massage
  • Get deeper into the connective tissues without accessing pain receptors
  • Activate more sensory receptors than in a normal massage
  • Empower the client to continuously release tension during and after the session
  • Help the client relax and release earlier in the session
  • Maintain a deeper state of relaxation throughout the session
  • Help maintain a balanced nervous system after the session
  • Make the body and mind more resilient to stress

You will be provided with yoga mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters to support your body during poses (feel free to bring your own too)

$75 per person (limited space 2-4 per class)

Private YOMahh sessions are available for $150 for 2 people. Additional participants are $45 each, up to a total of 4 per class.

Sound Bath Sessions

In this guided mindfulness experience, we start by inviting you to focus on your breath and let the resonance and overtones wash over you. Our sound baths incorporate a variety of musical instruments, which may include Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, rainsticks, voice, and nature sounds. You'll be guided into deep states of relaxation using meditation, sound healing, aromatherapy, and energy healing techniques.

This all takes place in a safe, calming space in the company of other adventurous souls who want to take time to clear their minds and relax their bodies. After the session, you will likely feel more relaxed, balanced, and present.

We offer hour-long sessions during which our practitioners guide you into a deep state of relaxation using meditation, sound healing, and energy healing techniques. All of this combined is the perfect recipe for achieving blissful balance through peaceful presence.

It's called a "bath" because the tones reverberate through your body, creating an active state of meditation.

  • Increase relaxation
  • Induce sleep
  • Decrease stress and anxiety
  • Reduce pain and inflammation
  • Increase energy
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Lower heart rate

Each sound bath is $200 for up to 4 people. Additional participants are $50 each, for a maximum of 8 participants.

Sound Baths can be held at private locations at the providers discretion.

Sound Baths for corporate/business gatherings are also available.

Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided (feel free to bring your own too).
